Why Choose Us

When you choose David F. Hanley, P.A., 30+ years of business transaction and estate planning experience allows work to be completed quickly and efficiently, providing clients with timely, cost-effective solutions to their legal matters.

David Hanley strives to build long-lasting relationships with his clients to assist them in realizing their business objectives and personal goals. Whether it is through the firm’s investment in technology that translates into efficient matter handling and communication, or by meeting clients at times and locations convenient to them, David shows his clients that their schedules and needs come first.

Based on his prior experience as in-house Counsel with an international college preparatory school network, David is ideally situated to serve as “outside” general counsel for his clients. He is also well-positioned to serve as liaison between his clients and other attorneys who provide specialized support in areas like tax law, intellectual property law and litigation.

Practice

Mr. Hanley’s practice covers all cities in Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Cooper City, Sunrise, Miramar, Weston, Pembroke Pines, and Hollywood. Mr. Hanley also regularly represents clients in Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County, and handles probate matters throughout the State of Florida.

Representation and Fees

Representation commences once a written engagement letter is executed. Fee structures vary by the matter being handled. Depending on the type of matter, fees may be a reasonable hourly rate depending upon the anticipated demands and timeline of the case, flat fee all-inclusive arrangements or hybrid arrangements. Mr. Hanley’s goal is to tailor fees to fairly capture the level of service and work provided and the value conferred to his client. Fees vary because they always depend on the seriousness of the matter at stake, the timing and expediency of the matter, the anticipated volume and complexity of work, the desired results and other client expectations.
